Pasta

Pasta

Pasta is a universal food found in many cultures around the world. Often associated with Italy, it has an ancient history that goes far beyond European borders.

In Italy, pasta represents a true culinary tradition. There are dried pastas made from durum wheat semolina and water (spaghetti, penne, fusilli) and fresh pastas often prepared with eggs (tagliatelle, ravioli, lasagna). Each Italian region has its own specialties and typical sauces such as carbonara, pesto, or amatriciana.

In Asia, noodles have existed for thousands of years. In China, Japan, and Southeast Asia, they are made from wheat, rice, or buckwheat.

Simple, nourishing, and versatile, pasta today reflects the richness and blending of culinary traditions worldwide.
